Bistronomy is just after the first year of operating one of the leading stellar local professional private chef services in Barcelona 2020 and surrounding areas. Our main goal is to serve the best food based on locally sourced ingredients, using classical and modern cooking methods.
Our chef Matej Jaraba with 17 year of experience, applies everything that he has learned working in most recognized places by food enthusiasts in Barcelona. Some of these include Michelin starred restaurants Alkimia and Via Veneto *Longest running, Coure, and 5-star Hotel Wittmore, where he spends working as a head chef.
"My main goal in Bistronomy is to enjoy cooking for my guest the food I would pay myself. I love the ingredients you can get here, and I base the menu around the seasonal recipes that people might recognize but make it with loads of passion and little touch. I love freshness, good produce, homemade ice creams, desserts, real sauces that you need to cook 24 hours. I love to play with textures and combinations. I want to create not just the food but whole experiences that I would be happy to pay for and get the call again."

We have a few different options available to suit your needs starting from as little as 35€ per person depending on how many guests are we cooking for and what type of menu you choose, type of ingredients, and service.
