Bistronomy, after two years of operating one of the leading stellar local professional private chef services and catering services in Barcelona 2020 and surrounding areas. Our main goal is to serve the best food based on locally sourced ingredients, using classical and modern cooking methods.
Our chef Matej Jaraba with 17 year of experience and also professional training in culinary arts, he likes to applies everything that he has learned working in most recognised places by food enthusiasts and renowned guides in Barcelona and worldwide. Some of these include Michelin starred restaurants Alkimia and Via Veneto, Coure, and 5-star Hotels Wittmore 5 star hotel where he spends working as a head chef, Malmaison and also Accor hotels.
"My main goal working in Bistronomy is to enjoy cooking for my guest the food I would pay myself and give very friendly service. I love the ingredients you can get here, and I base the menu around the seasonal recipes that people might recognise but make it with loads of passion and little touch. I love freshness, good produce, homemade ice creams, desserts, real sauces that you need to cook 24 hours. I love to play with textures and combinations. I want to create not just the food but whole experiences that I would be happy to pay for and get the call again."
