Not only was his food exceptional (our guests even said it was the best food they've had in Spain!), the service was also equally amazing. Matej took care of everything including printing menus, table set up and decor which was a huge help as it was one less thing to worry about for our wedding. Some of our guests were vegan and vegetarian and they also said it was the best vegan food they've had in Spain. Would highly recommend him and the Bistronomy team for any events!!

We had a small, intimate wedding of 30 people travelling abroad from Canada. Matej was so easy to work with, had amazing ideas for dinner service and offered the best wedding menu by far with creative twists on classic Spanish food.

On the day, the food and presentation, service, staff and design elements exceeded all our expectations. Bistronomy was a huge part of what made our wedding day incredible. We, and many of our guests, said it was the best food and service they’ve ever had! We felt taken care of and had a 5-star experience.

Carolina’s warm, bubbly personality and excellent communication skills played a huge role in our decision to choose this team.
