With over 25 years of experience in professional kitchens and luxury hospitality, I created Bistronomy to offer something more personal than a restaurant and more refined than traditional catering.

Not only was his food exceptional (our guests even said it was the best food they've had in Spain!), the service was also equally amazing. Matej took care of everything including printing menus, table set up and decor which was a huge help as it was one less thing to worry about for our wedding. We had a small, intimate wedding of 30 people travelling abroad from Canada. Matej was so easy to work with, had amazing ideas for dinner service and offered the best wedding menu by far with creative twists on classic Spanish food.
