Early On
For me, food was never just about fine dining—it was about life, tradition, and creating memories.
I grew up on a small farm in Slovakia, where food wasn’t just something we bought; it was something we grew, nurtured, and respected. Every morning before school, my routine started with feeding the pigs, chickens, ducks, and rabbits, then watering the vegetables. I still remember the simple joy of picking a sun-warmed tomato or a crisp cucumber straight from the garden and eating it right there. Back then, no one talked about organic food—because everything was natural, pure, and as fresh as it gets.
