2. Acceptance of Terms

This agreement sets forth legally binding terms for your use of Bistronomy. By using the website and services, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you must not use the website and services. We may modify this agreement from time to time, and such modification shall be effective upon posting on the website. Use of the website by children under the age of 13 is prohibited, and children over the age of 13 should be supervised and given appropriate guidance. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for determining whether any content and services are appropriate for their children. Bistronomy may, at its sole discretion, refuse to offer services to any entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.

4. Services

Bistronomy offers private chef and catering services. Users or prospective customers can request a quote or a reservation by completing the form available on the website. Clients can also book services via phone or WhatsApp. Services are contracted according to client specifications and prices listed on the website, which include taxes. Important conditions:

  • The client must provide a kitchen and necessary instruments, appliances, and utensils.
  • Bistronomy is responsible for cleaning used kitchenware after service but not for deep cleaning or repairs.
  • Any damages during service will be handled based on mutual agreement.
  • Bistronomy may cancel or change service availability at any time.


5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • A 10% reservation fee is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the booking to receive a refund (excluding the 10% reservation fee).
  • Cancellations must be sent via email and, if possible, confirmed with a phone call.
  • Changes in the number of guests can be arranged.
    • If the number of guests increases, additional charges may apply.
    • If the number of guests decreases, the client must inform us at least 1 week before the booking date.
  • To cancel or modify a booking, please contact us through our contact information.


6. Disclaimer of Liability

Bistronomy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information available on the website. The content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be taken as professional advice. Bistronomy is not liable for:

  • Any incorrect information or errors on the website.
  • Losses resulting from your inability to use the website.
  • Unauthorized access or data alterations beyond our control.
  • Damage caused by malware, viruses, or external cyber threats.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or perform actions that compromise security.
